VERDER (industrial)
Our diaphragm pumps are highly engineered, delivering a smooth, reliable flow at all times. The pump is easy to use – flow can be achieved on demand and altered by simple air or fluid regulation. Right across the range, displacement per stroke is high; this substantially increases the life of the pump, reducing the maintenance and lifetime costs.

Models
Verderair FDA
These pumps are specifically designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. The use of 316 stainless steel for both the housing and centre section makes this pump unique. This pump is ideal for food-related applications requiring maximum portability.
Verderair 3A, SB, SF
These 3A-pumps have the highest capacity (565 l/min) of any air operated diaphragm pump certified by 3A. This range meets the stringent sanitation requirements of the milk / dairy industry. Mounted on a floor stand and equipped with a leak detector, the 3A can be rotated 185 degrees to drain any excess sanitation chemicals used in CIP process.
If leak detection is not required the SB-series offers the right solution. The pumps can be quickly stripped-down for easy cleaning and maintenance.
For materials and fluid streams containing large solids or chunks, which would clog a ball-designed pump or are damaged by the pumping action, the Verderair SF pumps can pump larger solids and will pass up to 63.5 mm solids without crushing or damaging the product.
